Please do not mow over or damage our water meter antenna.
This antenna is how the City reads your meter each month. Some residents may already have one installed, while others do not yet, as we are still in the process of installing them across the city.
The City of Fairfield will excuse the first instance of damage, but any damage thereafter will be billed to the customer. The charge, added to your water bill, will reflect the City’s cost of repair or replacement.
In the photo below, the portion circled in red is the part that must not be damaged.
